Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University  (Daytona Beach, Florida)

Marketing Communications Specialist

• Created and oversaw the creation of marketing materials in conjunction with other enrollment marketing team members; interfaced with an array of internal stakeholders on a variety of prospective student marketing requests.
• Generated student, faculty, and alumni success stories; created written materials including email copy; proofread and edited materials written by others.

FedEx Custom Critical  (Uniontown, Ohio)

Communications Specialist

• Created and managed dynamic social media content for FedEx Custom Critical LinkedIn and updated Microsoft Planner content calendar; created video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition; supported LinkedIn page metrics.
• Managed and created content for daily internal email communication and monthly supervisor newsletter; ensured content was consistent with FedEx brand voice and personality; measured channel metrics through PoliteMail program.
• Managed and designed digital signage for internal screens throughout FedEx Custom Critical facility using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
• Supported on-going internal transition from Intranet SharePoint ‘16 to new, Microsoft O365 SharePoint; ensured new FedEx Custom Critical homepage was updated in real time.
• Coordinated yearly United Way Campaign and Operation Warm FedEx Cares events with Akron community; developed Corporate Social Responsibility strategy for FedEx Custom Critical through dynamic communication plans and strategy.
• Supported FedEx Custom Critical COVID-19 Response team through fluid return to office and COVID-19 communication strategies.
• Served as internal communications lead for generating and implementing communications strategy to support Opco transition from PeopleSoft human resources program to Workday.
